College of Osteopathic Medicine Admissions
Thank you for your interest in our Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program! TUCOM prepares students to become outstanding professionals at the forefront of the scientific, professional and technical areas of expertise, along with their personal and human development. Our program integrates biological, clinical, behavioral and social sciences to educate physicians for primary and specialty care, while following osteopathic principles in the maintenance of health and treatment of disease. Our curriculum is structured into preclinical and clinical education, two years each, for a total of four years.
TUCOM students can choose to pursue public health electives through our Global Health Program or they may choose to earn a dual degree (DO/MPH) through our DO/MPH Dual Degree Program. If you'd like more information about the structure of the DO program (e.g., curriculum, rotations, etc.) please visit the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine main web page.
